HONG KONG SAR / MACAU SAR |Your order will usually be processed within 3-5 working days after placing it. It will be delivered by different courier companies depending on the location. In most areas, shipping will take 7 business days which includes processing time at our warehouse. (In some remote areas or outlying island, delivery can take up to 7~10 business days.)

Your order will usually be processed within 3-5 working days after placing it. It will be delivered by different courier companies depending on the location. In most areas shipping will take 14~20 business days which includes processing time at our warehouse.

HOW MUCH DUTY AND TAX WILL HAVE TO PAY?

We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.

HOW TO PAY IMPORT TAXES / CUSTOM DUTIES / LOCAL TAXES ?

Customs will hold your order for clearance when your order has entered the destination country / region. The local authority will calculate the import duties and tax fees (if applicable). Our transport partner will then reach out to you when the order is at local customs and will notify what you need to pay and how you can pay before the order can go pass customs.

WHEN WILL A STYLE BE RESTOCKED IN MY SIZE?

CATCHU SYVAION is a boutique brand offering exclusive drops. Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we cannot guarantee that the item will be restocked. However, if you notice a style is sold out, we encourage you to ‘Contact Us’ , we will let you know if it becomes available.

HOW SHOULD I WASH MY CATCHU SYVAION LINGERIE? 

To keep your gorgeous new goodies in their best condition, we suggest gentle hand washing in cold water only. This helps to preserve shimmering foil, lace or trims. 1. Do not use any harsh soaps or chemicals. 2. Avoid washing detergents that contain bleaching elements or ‘oxy-action’ . 3. Do not rub or wring. 4. Do not iron or dry clean. 5.Line dry only, preferably in shade.

RETURN POLICY

In order to provide the best online shopping experience, we provide an exchange service.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY? 

1. lease send us an email requesting an exchange within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will review your request and contact you as soon as possible. 2.Upon receipt of our confirmation email, please send the product back in its original packaging along with the original tags and sales memo. 3. If we fail to receive the return within 14 days of the return approval, the return / exchange will be automatically cancelled and not be processed.

CAN I RETURN BRAS / CORSETS / SUSPENDERS?

To exchange any bras / corsets / suspenders, the merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and unused with the hangtag and label attached. Product must be returned in its original packaging including intact tags. We recommend checking over the garment thoroughly and confirming with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

CAN I RETURN PANTIES / BODYSUITS?

As per health and hygiene regulations, panties or bodysuits cannot be returned.
