Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For orders purchased Returns & Exchanges
In order to provide the best online shopping experience, we provide an exchange service. Please email us within 7 days from the day you receive the goods for your return or exchange request.
1.In its original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact. No signs of wear (marks from tan, deodorant, perfume, or other personal stains). 2. Discounted items, promotional products, panties,, bodysuits, and gifts are final sale. 3.They are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable(Unless there is a product quality issue). 4. We reserve the right to charge the retail value of any gifts with purchase when returned products are affiliated with the terms of the gifting and the gift is not returned in its original condition .5.Customers will assume the responsibility of the cost of returning the product to us, including: shipping fee, customs, and taxes.
Hong Kong SAR|Macau SAR
1. Please send us in HERE requesting an exchange within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will review your request and contact you as soon as possible.
2. Upon receipt of our confirmation email, please send the product back in its original packaging along with the original tags and sales memo.
3. Returns should be sent to our warehouse for processing, we recommend that returns are to us via carriers with a tracking number for tracking purposes.
4. If we fail to receive the return within 14 days of the return approval, the return/exchange will be automatically cancelled and not be processed.
5. The shipping and customs fees for returns and exchanges are borne by the customer, but the customer can also choose to return or exchange the goods in-store.
