Shipping & Delivery

Payment:

  • VISA、Mastercard、AMEX
  • ALIPAY / Bank Transaction / FPS (After payment is completed, upload the payment screenshot to the order or notify us via WhatsApp 93598521. We will process the order after confirming the payment.)

Shipping Fee

  • You may enjoy free Hong Kong / Macau / China shipping on orders over HKD$1500/MOP$1500:  otherwise,  HKD$40/MOP$40 delivery charge applies.
  • You may enjoy free Taiwan /Thailand/Japan/South Korea/Singapore shipping on orders over HKD$2000; otherwise HKD$60 delivery charge applies.
  • Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom | For orders over HKD$3000 can enjoy shipping free; otherwise HKD$400 delivery charge applies.
  • USA | For orders over HKD$5000 shipping fee is HKD$100 applies; otherwise HKD$450 delivery charge applies.

Reminder: CATCHU SYVAION does not cover any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges for international orders.

Attention Taiwan Region‼️

Taiwanese customers need to provide their full passport name and passport number. According to local customs notifications, starting from January 16, 2020, any express shipments sent to individuals registered as local residents in that region will not clear customs without real-name authentication. Please fill in the recipient's information accurately and inform them to download the EZ WAY app for real-name authentication in advance.

Catchu Syvaion pick-up store - FREE

  • Please book an appointment on the website or WhatsApp: 93598521 to pick up your lingerie.
  • Please prepare your e-receipt and the mobile number you used to place order for verification. When you arrive at the pick up store , please ask our staff to assist you with picking up your lingerie.

Order processing Timeline

  • Your order will usually be processed around 3 working days after placing it.


Delivery Timeline

  • It will be delivered by different courier companies depending on the location and will provide door-to-door delivery service.
  • Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan/China orders generally use SF Express
  • The estimated delivery time is 3-7 days for Hong Kong / Macau / Taiwan orders( In some remote areas, outlying Island delivery can take up to 7~10 business days.), and 14-20 days for overseas orders. The estimated delivery time is for reference only and cannot be guaranteed to be completely accurate, as it may be delayed due to stock availability, payment, or courier arrangements.
  • The courier company's delivery area is currently limited to commercial and residential addresses (excluding restricted areas), and you can choose to have the package delivered to a smart locker. Click here to view the smart locker addresses for SF Locker Location.。



Shipping and Recipient

  • The recipient's signature is required upon delivery. If no one receives the goods upon delivery, the courier company will contact you to arrange another delivery.
  • Please ensure that the delivery address , recipient's name and contact details provided are correct.

DUTIES AND TAXES

  • CATCHU SYVAION is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges for international orders.
  • All fees (duties, taxes, etc.) incurred during or after transport are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties, taxes or fees.
  • Any fees that are due will be collected upon checkout of the order and any additional international fees not paid at checkout will need to be paid by the customer to the local carrier within your country.
  • Customs authorities require that we state the full value of your order directly on your package.
  • Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
  • Any items returned will not be eligible for a refund by CATCHU SYVAION on the Duties & Taxes associated. Duties and VAT are collected on behalf of the Government.
  • If a package is refused due to personal reasons, including refusal to pay duties and taxes, inability to provide required documents, or other related reasons, CATCHU SYVAION will not refund or re-delivery.
  • NOTE: CATCHU SYVAION does not make any profit on our shipping services to international customers and has made every effort to minimize our international shipping charges. CATCHU SYVAION is also required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents. 

OTHER INFORMATION

  • Due to different production batches, there may be slight differences in the color and material of each batch of products.
  • Due to factors such as product shooting light, screen display, etc., the actual product may have slight color differences.
  • Because the products are measured and made by hand, there may be certain errors in the measured dimensions.
